Saving money with hybrid cars?

The recent discovery of a corroded pipeline caused one of the nation's largest oil fields to shut down.

So what does that mean for the average person? It could mean the price of gas will be going up again and that has most people fed up.

"They're getting sick of the gas companies gouging them. They do it because they can and nobody does anything about it. I think people are fed up with it, at least I know I am," said George Halladay, who's shopping for a car.
